Bitauto.com charges new car dealers for a subscription service that allows them to list pricing and information and to interact with potential buyers through a "virtual" call center; it also provides online advertising services for dealers. Besides its own websites, Bitauto also distributes its dealer customers' automobile pricing and promotional information through 67 partner websites, including major portals operated by Tencent, Sina, Netease.com, Yahoo's Yahoo China and Tom Online.
