Yamaha Motor India Limited is ready to launch Yamaha FZ-16 on Indian roads by mid September 2008! The bike has all the latest technology features that the customer craves for. The stylish yet innovative FZ-16 has macho and muscular looks redefining the 150cc bikes segment. The Yamaha FZ-16 is an urban-cool motorcycle built for great performance and easy-living functionality, because that’s the whole idea of a bike like this. The Yamaha FZ-16 is surely one of the best looking naked bike in its class with its macho and muscular looks. The macho tank, aggressive front heavy stance and the rear view with street fighter looks will make you fall for it. FZ-16 will be powered by single-cylinder, four-stroke, four-valve, fuel-injected 150cc engine. The bike would weigh about 124 kg and the top speed will be around 140 km/h.

The mini-Fazer will feature state of the art - YTPS (Yamaha Throttle Position Sensor), for better throttle response and fuel efficiency and will be loaded with a fully digital console with digital readout for RPM, Speed, Trip and Odometer.

I like it! for an indian produced bike it looks good.
like the rouser the indians have an eye for producing good looking bikes. I guess there some influence from the japanese companies on this...
 i would love to see one in real life just to check out the quality though...

The new FZ 16 Yamaha motorcycle was formally launch last August 13 in the Philippines and you can see it in thier website now..So probably it is in the display center in Cebu at this moment...
