they should tell that to the van for hires plying around bohol. how come a 11 seater van can carry 15-16 passengers at time with a speed close to 80-100 kph? the drivers and owners are only thinking of themselves without thinking the welfare and comfort of their passengers? i think it's time for the provincial government to pass an ordinance to outlaw vhires carrying more than it's seating capacity.

it's a case of profit over life...the regulators must not allow such greed before tragedy happens. carrying 15 passangers should be outlawed.
