Without my knowledge, I became a helpless victim of a nasty rumor that started to rear its ugly head over a year ago, a malicious gossip happily manufactured by those who pretend they know me so well and those who have nothing else better to do in their monotonous lives but to cook fallacious stories at the expense of othersâ€™ undeserving hurt, pain, humiliation and defamation.

The saddest thing about it was that I did not know I was already a target of a demolition job since over a year ago. I never thought those fabricated lies had already existed since last year. I thought the culprits were sincere, honest, and civilized souls, but I was so wrong about them.

Had I known about this fabricated story when it was first floated by busybodies and fake acquaintances, I could have long dismantled the horrible web of lies that others have so loved to pass on to their peers without the shame and conscience that the same could inflict irreparable damage to families and relationships.

The worst thing about it was that some people have lost their sense of truth, justice, fairness and self-respect that for them to pass on a pathetic gossip and multiply it into a bloated lie is more humane, more important, more honorable than to verify facts, clarify reports, seek out truth and give an innocent man a fair trial and perhaps a benefit of the doubt. But he was not afforded the basic gifts of justice. He was immediately judged and condemned long before he knew the existence of an absolute lie.

And one day, which will be remembered as a day of infamy in TubagBohol.com, while I was away from the wired world, a heartless sponsor of destructive lies and gossips abused the free registration privilege provided by this site, created a fake name, asked someone to register a fake name for this lover of other peopleâ€™s humiliation, and posted more than 20 threads (of same content) of litany of lies against me â€“ all for the sole purpose of satisfying the cravings of this personâ€™s envy and jealousy which had mutated into a state of psychological depravity.

For this person, sheer happiness is to see an innocent human being suffer without cause, to witness others languish in emotional pain. For this person, personal happiness and gratification is to see the humiliation of a harmless fellow creature.

For this shameless and heartless person, conceiving a false report, nurturing it with an evil intent, and sharing it with others in public is the pinnacle of this personâ€™s psychological disturbance, the summit of this personâ€™s virtual insanity, and the perfection of a demonic moral corruption.

And those who rejoice over the appearance of lies and dishonesty without caring for truth, justice, fairness and without respecting the sanctimonious privacy of others have deliberately fanned the hurtful fires of intrigues, a thoughtless, insensible, inhuman act that only reflects the deepening poverty of their self-esteem and self-respect.

Their stories are all absolute lies. I wronged no one here, truth to tell, as you all are aware of. Yet, there are those who want to implicate me of wrongdoings for no reason at all. And their only proof of evidence is the existence of their evil imagination.

Those who may not be so familiar with the tremendous technicalities of putting up this site, paying for its expensive server, and maintaining it so that it is error-free and accessible by all worldwide for free 24 hours a day, seven days a week cannot perhaps appreciate the intense labor of love and self-sacrifice by me and by those who are passionate to see this site alive in the coming years. If the troublemakers really canâ€™t value our efforts, at least they could just stay away from us peacemakers.

That if these wandering detractors cannot control or at least moderate their outbursts of envy and jealousy, at least they could tame their lying tongue and circumcise their fictitious imagination for their own sake. That if they have lost their sense of self-respect and human civility and dignity, at least they could spare the innocent and the truthful and the young ones from lurid, indecent writings.

Heaven has its own reward for those who maintain purity in their hearts and heaven has its own reward for those who have become heartless champions of harmful lies and gossips.

The just will live by faith, but the wicked will eat the fruit of their own vanity one day.

In this temporal life, they can alter their IP address, register bogus names and assume false personalities all for the purpose of spreading lies and humiliating others, but in heaven, on the final day of reckoning, they can never manipulate Godâ€™s permanent records of deeds.

Today they can still run, but on His day, they can no longer hide.

This reminds me Mike of my experience back in Philippines.
I was working before in a GOCC and it all started when I was promoted to managerial position.

It is some sort of character assassination to the point that my family and my children were affected. I suspect that it was the work of those who were inggit with my sudden rise to a higher position.

But if we believe and honest with ourselves, our Creator has its own way of saving us from these people.

It was a blessing in disguise that suddenly from nowhere and far from my wildest dream I was offered a job here in the middle east with all expenses paid and with a net income much higher from what I earn back home. But the most important is the peace that it gives to my life and to my family.

Mike I see you finally have wrote what I purposed for you to do was to get this out in the open and feel better about doing so.

I know your mad because you and I come from the same Tagbilaran City family in where we write at together. So family that lives together sticks together and takes on each others advises.

Hope the days when your in Anda your well rested and hope the times when your in Tagbilaran City i can make you laugh and treat you like a loving sister in my home.

I know due to our closeness with one another I see a super neat person and super great friend all rolled up into one.

Your so kind positive and open minded and know when to laugh and know when to be down.

This past weeks watching you hurt in person with the things going on with you here in tubag bohol it makes me even more furious to the point in where I get pushed in going after the attitudes of some of these people here these days especially in my behavioral column write ups in where I quit literally tell people to knock it off get off their high horse or to slow their row and simply just leave others alone.

Mike in my own eyes my head and my heart I have never seen you ever do a malicious thing to anyone. It is not you it is the type of environment we live in now that makes people not think before what they do and they do not know that the outcome of what they do or say is not good.

Mike is laughing more again these days and trying to get back to his normal routine of being in bed earlier and wanting to get up earlier then what he has been normally been doing late into the very wee hours into the morning working on this website and his other web sites.

Making sure that they are always maintained for everyone to enjoy. He told me tonight when he went home that he will start to get up earlier to begin his work much earlier.

It's good to see him laughing again and his days in Anda he is able to swim every day at the beach and by the time he comes back into Tagbilaran City again he is very refreshed to take care of his daily errands tasks and works that go with being a media man here.
