Well, alright you have the right to deny to the maximum point about the issues that BIR is not after of the receipts because they were not told that HE is the one holding the money / collections... And that should be done by the Anchorman to see personally the BOD officials ALWAYS... Why just now??? Why not during the meetings especially when scheduled for monthly meetings?
And perhaps if HE would not see the concerned officials it would be thousands who would be inquiring why HE will not communicate with the people whom HE organzed and after organizing saying THE GROUP HAS NO RIGHT TO QUESTION THE MONEY HE HAS RECEIVED.... //// WHY DID HE NOT APPEARED TO THE MEETING WHEN CALLED UP AND INFORM SOME MEMBERS NOT TO ATTEND IF THE SECRETARY WILL NOT RESIGN SINCE/// Atty. Barbarona said there are fines to be imposed and you heard it..... WHY?
?? You are blaming the secretary of being irresponsible!!!! You did not know that last year the Secretary is always jotting down all the transactions and when there was a discrepancy and the Secretary questioned the Anchorman was angry??? If you could also remember there were minutes that I have read that the Anchorman said the group has no right to raise funds?

Is he afraid that the group could raise more funds and he could not anymore hold the money?
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE GROUP IF GENERATING FUNDS FOR DONATIONS.... WHY WAS HE AGAINST OF THAT AND HE WAS NOT AGAINST COLLECTING MONEY online without the permission of the BOD officials concerned... Who will pay the fines that if it not of THE ANCHORMAN who is against the issuance of receipts there will be no fines imposed..... If you do remember I was the one also spoke with Peter personally in is office when the club was first underway for the new year. I went to his office to ask and hear his reasoning as to why he feels that the group is not to hold fund raisers? I had gone to the club meetings after talking with Peter and relayed what we had discussed that is when I suggested that Peter and Gerry should come to a meeting to talk about the matter as well as the matter that one of the TBN Ireland persons had said monthly club dues instead of saying monthly donations.
I did not put it into motion as I felt I had already had plenty of motions on the floor from past get together and I allowed Donna Alonso to put the motion of inviting both the anchorman and Peter to a special meeting. She did not know how to do it I was the one saying it for her as she was repeating out loud what it was that I was saying....
Let me do some more memory jogging for you...The secretary and I asked our Vice President of the group who is Atty. Raul Barbarona on what are our legal boundaries for being able to raise money via fund raising?
According to Atty. Raul we are allowed as we are a registered non-profit through SEC.
This was the time I had told the secretary that we need to invite these people in order to let them know that it is okay to have fund raising activities instead of the info I was given by Peter that the group could not...He even went as far as telling me to have the fund raising but not using the programs name.
I was hurt for this, ashamed for me and the TBN group. and found it hard to believe? Peter is conservative and a low profile type and does not want things to ever go bad....
I think he does not like the ideal of fund raising maybe to do with a lack of trust for some? Who knows? He also mentioned I am a nice person and for me to have my own organization someday and have my own fund raising going on for my own group....
Then we had invitations to get out to members in the group for the meeting together with Peter. The secretary text me asking a favor if I could deliver the invitations to Pabe and Peter? I gave each guy their own invitation. For sometime Pabe had not received any donations from TBN Club.
While awaiting Peter at the meeting, the group had made an emotion to have Donna as chairman on entertainment to inquire on Bohol has Talent. This was an ideal to have as a money could be raised with such an event....
So far there are no reports given to the club on such an event neither has Donna called me in regards to such matters, as I was also chosen to help with the fund raising activity.
I do not recall accusing or pointing a finger at anyone in here as you have mentioned.
Anytime if you know people are saying bad things about the people then you should always talk to those persons who are being talked about in a wrong way and help them in the best way possible.
