HELLO!!!!! If you are a tax evader don't criticize BIR. You are benefited by tax collections. we don't have public hospitals if we will not pay taxes. We employees how many times are we paying taxes. We are deducted withholding taxes from our salary.... We are the ones suffering the EVAT imposed on goods sold... So many times we are paying taxes while these people, big businessman are not paying the fix amount of taxes due to them since they don't issue receipts... And here comes the organization in trouble of auditing because they don't practice the issuance of receipts.... And this will go back to you who are criticizing BIR... Kamo ra nag B .I. .. B...I...Ra......Sa mga taw nga inyong gisweldohan sa inyong buhis... pag sure pud mo. Labong mag tarong pagkolekta ang goberno manglimbong mo unya ug dili mag tarong trabaho ang gobyernong empleyado masuko mo kay gi sweldohan ninyo. I admit I am part of our company operation pero ngan ug paper works nay hisgutan wala kaayo koy hanaw ani kay sa giingon ko na nganong labdon akong ulo nga naa man mi gi hire nga kaugalingon accountant ug secretary igo nalang ko pag submit sa recibo sa akong gipangspend. Segi baya ko ug donate ug kwarta sa pilipinas pero walay recibo di man gani ko magpaila nga ako naghatag so matawag na ba ni nga tax evader ko pero akong kwarta nga gigamit ma tawag man to ug personal spending. Di na ko gusto ug tax refund kay ang Ginoo nay mo refund nako. heheheh

Am just back because I was off from my duty of investigating this. the practice of receipts should be implemented to have a trial balance of the cash in and cash out.... How could the audit be if it is only signed but no copy for audit and receipts were not issued. How could the auditor check it out is it only on the outgoing list?

Whahaha Raqs kana mag shopping kas Walmarkt diha diba ang imo recebo naa nakabutang ang W/holding tax? Ambot lang sa injoha diha basta deri ky 19% jud malabo tagaktak ang W/holding tax sa una 16% pa na. Kada product atong paliton nagtangag jud ana WHT.
