Capinpin is one of the 4 ports under PPA designated as a crew change hub, likewise offers a quarantine facility for seafarers, both onsigners and offsigners.
PMO BN/A also maintains a Malasakit Help Desk in order to ensure passenger assistance especially in complying with existing health, safety and travel protocols being observed at the ports under its watch.
