Pilipinas Teleserve provides 24/7 service to PHilHealth membersPilinas Teleserv Inc, one of the country's leading call centers handling major government accounts, is providing a 24/7 call service to members of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth). The PhilHealth Call Center, partly operated by Pilipinas Teleserv, allows members to call the 24/7 hotline for questions on membership and other concerns. Delio Aseron II, Hea of PhilHealth's Corporate Action Center, said the partial outsourcing of the center is in response to the numerous questions, suggestions, complaints and recommendations of PhilHealth members and other partners. Currently, Pilipinas Teleserv Inc had deployed 20 call center agents to handle questions. The center receives an average of 2,000 inquiries through the hotline at any given day.
