Philippine call center operator to expand in Samoa ADEC Innovation, one of the largest call center operators in the Philippines, is planning to set up a call center in Samoa. The plan is to start a call center with 50 to 100 seats in the initial stages, says Samoan Minister of Communications and Information Technology Afamasaga Rico Tupai. ADEC CEO James M. Donovan made the commitment during the Pacific Island Forum leaders meeting in Apia. Donovan said the call center will be set up once the Tui Samoa Cable is operational at the end of the year. Donovan said he will return to Samoa in November to continue negotiations with government officials concerned.
