The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and the Fiscal Review and Incentives Board (FIRB) recently conducted a Private Sector Consultation last 10 December 2024 at the PEZA Head Office, Pasay City to discuss the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the newly passed CREATE MORE Act.
Key topics of the discussion included enhanced incentive packages, the incentive availment process, transitory provisions, alternative work arrangements, and other crucial changes under the new law.
PEZA Director General Tereso O. Panga emphasized that "As an enabler of business and industries, we cannot be good only in investment promotion, but equally important in investment facilitation. Beyond regulatory implementation, we see ourselves as your partners in fostering innovation, competitiveness, and sustainable growth for the Philippine economy."
"Together with our fellow IPAs and partner agencies, we are committed to
enhance our ease of doing business (EODB) measures and ensure that our RBEs fully enjoy the incentives as promised to them under CREATE and CREATE MORE laws," the Director General added.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. - John 3:16-18
