I was just wondering how that morning show on ABS CBN are trying to contradict itself when they say that they appeal to the media for the total privacy of the case on Ted Failon.

Now what happen is that they are trying to strike back by putting some highlights on the arrests of the maids and Mr. Ted Failon himself by the police.

Well, I am not trying to condemn Ted Failon for this. But what I am trying to show is that how a certain media like ABS CBN will certainly became biased when it comes to presenting its own men in the highlight of news.

Let us view our TV's this evening on the latest expose of the death of Mrs Failon.

There are three angles to be considered regarding her death : suicide, love triangle, Ted Failon itself.

from all appearances based on the testimony of the victim's relatives and friends, it seems the problem stems from misuse of family funds by ted failon's wife amounting to at least Php 1 M.

what is so interesting in this case is that there is no one among the victim's family who is accusing anyone of "shooting ted failon's wife" as the police seem to suggest. all of them -- the victim's siblings, the daughter, the househelp and driver, and ted failon himself -- are saying that the wife committed suicide and all their testimonies jibe with each other. it is the police which is seemingly insistent that there is foul play to the point of arresting just about anyone they feel like it without the benefit of a warrant of arrest. additionally, i'm surprised at the very quick action by the justice secreatary, raul gonzales, in getting a hold departure order against failon in effect. kung sa talaglog pa, mabilis pa sa alas cuarto. is it possible to prevent the departure of a person wanting to go elsewhere on account of being suspected of commiting a crime? let us remember, a suspect is considered innocent unless otherwise proven guilty. and to think that there has been no court battle yet let alone even a criminal case filed against anyone related to the incident. something is definitely fishy here.

I do believe that the kasambahays of TEd know the cause of crime. Naabotan sila sa mga police
nga nanghinlo sa mga dugo. Ila nang nailisan ug sinina ang victim. It was obstruction of jusstice.

Until this time wala pa gipalabas nga suicide ang nahitabo. Wla pay kaso nga gipasaka sa mga
kasambahays ug kay Ted.

Possibly, it was a suicide.

Regarding ABS-CBN's seeming inconsistency.

It is my take that at first, heeding the request of Ted Failon, the media giant called on to respect the family's privacy.

But the competing media outlets are raking in all the juicy stories on the incident and are making a killing at the ratings.

This forced ABS-CBN to abandon its first stand and join in the fray.

It's all in the name of ratings

Yes gun powder residue can be altered.Manghinaw lang ka wala na siya panabon lang pag ayo. I think it;s a self inflicted wound.If it;s a close proximity shot I'm sure forensic pathologist can clearly see the gun powder residue on her wound.

lagi nah suicide lagi daw. ingon ang two best friends ni Mrs. Etong na last month pa ga hisgot ug suicide kaso gihulat ang graduation sa ilang second daughter na si Karishma adtong April 4. They didn't think she was really serious.

it was not mentioned though in the interview. they are focusing on the injuries instead. the entry and exit wound plus the trajectory of the bullet. it's 100% sure that if during the time the gun was fired and it's very near to the victim's head there should be a burned skin. even if someone shot her at close range, let's say at a distance of 1 foot. there still going to gunpowder burns. even the shooting arm will get powder burns that's why paraffin test is always conducted to every shooting suspect to determine if they have gun powder residue and burns.

aside from the 6, another 3 policemen belonging to the same group are suspended by napolcom. this is in relation to the trina etong case.
