I was able to find an example of a story written in a USA newspaper.

I think the point JB is trying to make is there should be some sort of unbiased code of ethic when writing about people. The nationality neither the country of origin should be a factor as people are people regardless of skin, and what flag your born under.

Look at how this news article was written it avoids physical description and the mans identity of country originated from.

The title is  "Man with restraining order linked to Missing Moms past." TDN-Newspaper")

Authorities say a shoe that washed up on a Puget Sound beach over the weekend probably belonged to the woman who appears to have abandoned a van on the beach and disappeared with her 8-year-old son.

Detective Lt. Chris Mealy of the Thurston County Sheriff's office said other items, including a wine bottle, that washed up on the beach near Olympia also appear to be linked with 29-year-old Shantina "Kat" Smiley of Silverdale and her son Azriel Carver.

Mealy said the positive identification of the items does not change the direction of the investigation. Thurston County has a boat in the water scouring the shoreline for clues. Investigators also are examining Smiley's bank records and court and public records and talking to people.

The court records include a 2005 case in which Cowlitz County sheriff's deputies arrested a man on suspicion of assaulting Azriel when Smiley lived with her mother and stepfather in Castle Rock.

According to court documents, the man — now 31, who also lived in Castle Rock at the time — was left alone with Azriel on June 27, 2005. While under the man's care, Azriel suffered a broken wrist and multiple bruises on his face and body. The man claimed Azriel fell down, but medical experts determined the injuries were not accidental, according to a sheriff's report.

"My son stayed in the hospital for 2 1/2 days," Smiley wrote on her request for a protection order. "I don't want him to be around my child period."

The order was granted for one year.

The man was charged with second-degree assault of a child. The case was dismissed without prejudice Oct. 17, 2006. ("Without prejudice" means the prosecutor reserves the option of reopening the case.)

The Thurston County Sheriff's Office hasn't returned Daily News calls about this case, but according to a report Thursday in the Kitsap Sun, detectives haven't yet interviewed the man named in the protection order.

Mealy told the Sun the man is on the agency's "to do" list but there's nothing to indicate his involvement in her disappearance.

.....You see how the write-up looks non prejudiced and does not talk about race or description. It also makes for a less controversial and sensitive write up.

JB also may not want that Filipinos be smug when the see foreign nationals doing bad things in their country as other countries are or maybe protecting what bad things the Filipino and other national may be doing in each others countries by keeping others nationality separate from the crime being done as every one is created equal regardless of color, religion, authenticity.

Even a better title for "Sunday Post" should have been "Foreign countryman sent back home after being caught for double marriage practice with local woman."
"
The way it was written makes it appear or or to seem as if lash at Japanese.

Filipino do not like it when "Boholano men........" were titled in another thread as doing abusive things but is it not the same when Japanese is in the title as also doing bad?

Or maybe because a majority in hear are Filipino and would rather not see your own specific locality and authenticity being labeled as or generalized as doing wrong but it is okay to say it about anotherpersons place of origin?

Please just observe the other write up from an American newspaper. It is wrote in a non offensive manner for both the subject and the readers.

Thank You!

Look out over the prow; there are millions of boats of righteous souls on the waters with you.
Even though your veneers may shiver from every wave in this stormy roil.,
In any dark time, there is a tendency to veer toward fainting over how much is wrong or unmended in the world. Do not focus on that., there is a tendency, too, to fall into being weakened by dwelling on what is outside your reach, by what cannot yet be.

Precious delight Belly Jean whops JB..just do ur task as we do ours as well.,
Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once,
but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach.
Any small, calm thing that one soul can do to help another soul,
to assist some portion of this poor suffering world, will help immensely.

Boholanos are like a long-grained lumber  w/c is known to withstand storms,
to hold together, to hold its own, and to advance, regardless.

Dear Blue Angel,

Thank God!
Our women and men can sit together in drink and song and in conversation as one and everyone knows how to conversate together and is respected for what is said and many do not sit submissive as if they have no right to speak, smile or laugh. The women do not beg their men to go home especailly when he is enjoying with freinds and family during rare times together.

Funerals I try to avoid as I want to remember my freinds and relatives alive and since I have been here for sometime I have missed my dads funeral , my grandfathers funeral and my best freinds funeral.

Weddings you seen one you have seen them all. and I do not attend any weddings here or abroad when a freind gets marreid after getting pregnant. Back in the days woman did not make having a baby as pre-requisite to marry.
Neither did men but it seems more and more that you have to have a buntis for sure in order that the man will marry. he does not want a woman if she is unable to bare his fruit.
Sorry reality check not all women can have babies, and not all men produce enough sperm to fertilize an egg.

My holidays are spent with my freinds back home not always with my family, and my freinds are welcome to spend the holidays with my family.

Most my life even while growing up I saddled my own horse if I wanted to ride......

I did not make others feel guilty if they did not attend family holidays and events that they were invited too.

I think for the past 28 years I have not spent Xmas at home. and same with Thanksgiving or other holidays.

I have given my presents and helped in the family business during the holidays and since I see them everyday when I am back home spending the holidays away from them it is my time to get away and vacation as the business is closed for Thanksgiving, Xmas and Easter, meaning I am far away out of town enjoying with freinds. And no need to worry about the families business while I am away because it is closed for the holiday. Here business is open on holidays and for religeous holidays business's are closed. (Holyweek and All Souls day) in States we do not treat those holidays like they do here.

We have Easter Sunday Thanksgiving and Christmas in where we are closed down for the entire day.

I am a loner and enjoy doing things alone some people do not want be around others always some people do enjoy what is known as privacy and a peace of mind and not having to put up everyone getting into each others business.

I notice here and hear as well the stories that so and so family member says his kids are better than mine kind of storeis. I always feel like Filipino freinds or families want to see who can out do one another by being better then the other, no matter how much they hurt a freind or family member by always comparing. Look at the school medal system here and look at the parents who have those medals as the only thing decorating their walls as if it seems they do not want you to see any other decoratations. They just put it on the wall and leave it there for a way to boast with-out saying anything.

We do not do the medal thing back home in the states. It is so belittling to those students who are not as bright. Simple grades are handed out and a certificate is given if your in a play a talent show, a school safety patrol, but not because of your behavior or because you were having the best grades.

Awards in schools in states are given on student participation not on performance.

I normally do not attend a party unless I am acquianted with the persons who are inviting me.

I am just responding to your generalized statement. I do not go with the flow when most persons feathers are colored black and white I see my feathers as colored.

I do not consider myself as odd or weird I am straight to the point, do not lie or play games and find my own things to talk about.

I do my best to describe the way of life that is happening around me.

I am open, and I am a good listener if what is being said makes sense and the person saying it has done some personal observation on their own what he/she is talking about. I'm also not one who is sucessable (spelling?) to gossip when I hear it. I know a lot of people here are and it is not my bag. Many would rather burn you before they get to know you by the cruel words said by those who never know the real you.

And most important saying thank you when the time is right.

Simple polite things mean a lot.

That is where I stand I have a mind of my own and do not need to be pursuaded by being in a big group doing things together. I love my independance. I love my freedom to be me and not that of one who has a cloned personality!

I beleive women and men should both be treated equally.

If your being a jerk I would tell you if your neat person I would also tell you your neat!

I am a simple person. Not a push button!

Advance Happy Easter, y'all!!! ... ni skip kos akong penetensya sa Holy Week.  ;D

Sorry I have to confront/refute you again on this.... I've worked in U.S. Schools since 1986 and that's exactly my first impression when I was new here... in the U.S. they give away awards like it's 10 for a dollar. Awards for perfect attendance, awards for even minute things, etc. Maybe also awards for being good-looking hehehehe. And kids here don't even do sh**, compared to our kids in Bohol (bolo in the morning, garden in the afternoon, house keeping before going home, etc.). Thank God they started giving awards to our kids, if at all. When I was in 3rd Grade, I was third honor but my teacher told me she can't give me a ribbon coz she can only afford to get one for the first honor, hahaha. Ka faets.

I know you're not a push button. You're a BELLY button, Jellybean!!!

Study your new culture even more deeply... not shallowy per what you see. What you're seeing now is only the tip of the iceberg... Bohol and Boholanos are way deeper than that. You're only as deep as you swim in the life of things!!! (Unsa na? bwahahaha)  :o

Note: And you know what they do to bellybuttons right (after the baby is born)? So stop being one!!! Be a rock-solid Bol-anon!!!

1.) Well now a days you could get that ribbon/medal they charge the child P30 if they want to have a medal they earned but yet they need to be the one to buy what they have earned.

2.) Sure they want the kids to do the cleaning of the grounds, the gardening and laborous jobs from 7 untill 5pm instead of spending money to hire a janitor and grounds person...looy ang student. I think enough hard lessons and projects are pushed on them as it is and they are given plenty homework and come home tired and always asking mom and dad money for projects. This has become a complaint of students and parents who cannot afford barely to put enough food on the table as it is.

They preach about child labor laws but yet they have kids in clean school uniforms doing dirty work?

Why not hire a person to maintain the school grounds the classrooms and keep things compfortable for the students and allow them to want to learn in a neat clean kept place?

Oh and that bellybean thing has me laughing hysterically!!!

Participation is important as well as the developing the right personality to from the thing that your involved with.

At least the kids in the states are not looking at foreigners in America and shouting at you "GIVE ME MONEY!" jeez that is so annoying to have that being yelled at you all the time.

Admit it America has soap in the bathrooms toilet seat protectors and toilet paper and does not charge you to use the facility while your a customer.

Often people in states drive with obedeince and courtesy and with financail responibility not like in Philippines they drive with-out care towards others and to top it off they caannot pay for a medical bill or a funneral service if they have hurt you or killed you on the road as they are driving reckless here!

You must know me when you call me a "BELLYBEAN"? Seriousely I do not deny it does fit me well.

I wish i knew your real name not the one you hide behind, I may have a different ID also but some know who I am by my always bold personality.

At least not a bitch personality....bwahehehehe!!

And also you take care and have a Happy Week! and a Happy Easter!!! :D
