ang bdrc naay 301 inmates; 15 women and 86 are men.
matod sa mga inmates wala nila ganahi sa pagduma ni lt. col raul mendez ang provincial warden. sobra ka higpit kini ilabina sa dalaw. the inmates don't have complaint in their foods and some provisions.
