DICT encourages students to take up science, IT courses

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) is encouraging senior high schools students to take science, technology, engineering, and mathematics courses to make them more competitive. DICT Davao Regional Director Leo Ugto said there is a need for the country's ICT industry to level up so that it will not be left behind by other ASEAN countries. Every student, he said, will have to be trained in all ICT endeavors, including business process outsourcing, which covers non-voice, animation, healthcare, cybersecurity, and many other sectors. The DICT has already partnered with the Commission on Higher Education to integrate ICT-related courses into school curricula.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
