The death toll due to dengue in the province continues to increase while records showed that most of the victims are residing in the city.

As of last count, four fatalities were confirmed by the Provincial Health Office.         

The fatalities were identified as Julian Ahmad, 2, Poblacion, Tubigon; Michelle Basadre, 6, Graham Ave,., Taghbilaran City; Casandra Lee Amizola, 6, Belderol St., Tagbilaran City and Norma Jess Guria, 6, Poblacion, Talibon.

PHO reported that the most number of cases are in the city with 70 victims recorded at various hospitals.

Other towns which reported dengue victims were Calape, 15 cases, Carmen, 10, Balilihan and Catigbian, 8, Talibon, 7, Cortes, 6 and Panglao, 5. - the Bohol Chronicle
