Bohol Police Provincial Police Office Provincial Director Edgardo Ingking has recently issued an arrest order to long-time notorious robbery convict who had escaped prison.
The order includes applying reasonable force lest the escapee, 35-year-old Cirilo Magaro, resists arrest and is armed.
This surfaced in the wake of the recent robbery incidents in the different parts of the city and other areas in the province blamed on the escapee and his allies.
Magaro is a resident of barangay Canhayupon, Municipality of Dimiao, who was charged sometime in June 2004 for strings of robbery cases filed before the Tagbilaran City Prosecutors Office docketed under I.S. Case No. 2004-336, 3378, 338 and 358 for robbery with intimidation upon person.
It was during Ingking's stint as Tagbilaran City police chief when Magaro was arrested by the city police team along with two companions identified as 31-year-old Joseph Paluga also a resident of Canhayupon, Dimiao, and 39-year-old Leo Penales, resident of barangay Union, Dauis.
The PNP provincial director warned the public that Magaro is armed and has been described as a dangerous person.
Ingking released pictures of Magaro for the public to be aware and for them to report directly to the provincial director or the nearest police stations if ever they have information or knowledge about the whereabouts of the escapee.
