As part of the Bureau’s anti-smuggling efforts, the Bureau of Customs - Port of Limay, headed by Acting District Collector William B. Balayo, held a coordination meeting on June 3, 2021 with the PNP Maritime Group - Bataan represented by P/Major Leo Alcantara and PCG – Bataan represented by LTJG Luther A Quela, along with ESS Limay lead by SP/Capt. Vincent Mark Malasmas and CIIS Limay lead by IO3 Paul Pacunayen. Regular meetings with other law enforcement agencies engenders trust and improves the camaraderie among brothers in law enforcement, thus streamlining the coordination efforts.
