Ok Chona, seeing as you are the wife or the family, answer these questions the best you can, if shes so innocent help her by proving it. Clear her name.

1. Where was the wife during Martins homicide attempts.?

2. What time was she informed of his murder ?

3. Who informed her ?

4. How did this person know how to inform her ?

5. Why would she text to Martin 15 mins before the shooting attempt "GOODNIGHT" when not on speaking terms ?

6.Why go and visit Gulle as soon as he was arrested and be able to be left alone with him and talk about anything they wanted ?

7. Why want Martins mobile phone, why not leave it with the police, when it could of had possible evidence on it ?

8. Why take girls after his death to the police with more rape alligations ?

9. Why put the house up for sale at half its market value ? ( thats maybe because its now haunted. )

I may think of others but these questions will do for now, so instead of coming on here incriminating his wife more by always being on the attack and not ever saying anything constructive . GIVE US SOME ANSWERS - SHOW US SHES NOT BEHIND THIS - I DOUBT VERY MUCH YOU CAN.

1,If Gei loved Martin why did she send him and his friends emails and texts
threatening him
2,why did she not help to defend martin instead of making unfounded accusations
if as she told the court that she loved him and only split up in December
3,Why did she take all the important documents and sneak to England without telling him
4,Why did she demand money from Martin;s parents and friends
5,Who was looking after the baby while she was following him around the area and at his bar harassing him
6,Why has she continually tried to blacken his name ,if she loved him,she would have tried to help him prove his innocence or been to a shamed to highlight it all the time

Sorry we do not have any news regarding your father's murder in Ubay.

According to City Government worker who is marreid to a regional 7 police cheif director he is complaing that Bohol is not turning in new reports or are they sending in new updates regarding past crime reports.

This was brought up by with the Expats guest speaker tonight as one of the topics.

Many crimes against foreigners and filipinos are nt reported in how they should be reported every two days.

I am not sure but i also heard that the police cheif of Ubay might not have been in Ubay that day, and that is one of the reasons why Provincail Police Director Edgardo Inking had gone to Ubay to ovr see the case.

Steve, if you do not mind me asking where are your father's remains laying at rest now?

Beleive me when things like this happen here on Bohol it is very sad indeed as Bohol is a small island with many familiar faces and now not so many familiar faces.

Pray for the best in everything keeep calm and keep cool.

Maybe some of you in here can come up with new hobbies to occupy your minds from the things that have happened here already two months ago.

To much worry can lead to a nervious breakdown as things always have a way in working out correctly as my mom always tells me.

If you ring the British embassy they will not give anyone any information as this is still an on going case. Ive tried that.

Translations on somethings said.

The city police notifeid her at 8AM on the morning that Martins body was discovered.

She came to tagbilaran by 10AM from Leyte. the name of the police is not mentioned just said the Tagbilaran City police.

The money, wallet, cellfone were not found at the crime scene or the hotel where Martin was checked in at.

The red bab was also empty when they had seen it.

The house is for sale in Panglao.

The court date was set for her to get a protection order to live alone in her own house and get support from Martin for her and the baby on the week that her husband was discovered dead.

that if anyone wants to question or intrvw her she is willing to talk so that people will not have any doubts and that the British Embassy she said has the wife innocent of any involvement with the killing of her husband.

That is basically what the message from Chona said.

Maybe Chona is doing her best to answer in her native language so i will try to help for others to understand.

Ok she managed to answer one question, what time was she informed, that was about the easiest, there are so many others, for example

I can repeat myself over again but i think everyone can read the previous posts.

The court case due was to annulle the marriage and why on earth should she of got HIS house that he built with his money, he paid his child maintence and she recieved British child benefit. And if she wanted the house so much, why is she selling it now she has it.?

Where was the money, cellphone and wallet found ?

The British embassy will not say the wife is innocent as they will not comment to anyone, anyone can check that out, the reason being the case is not closed.

Lets face it we all know what we think.

Girl next door.

Thanks P. We came to Cebu two weeks ago. Charlie was cremated at Cosmopolitan in Cebu and we flew home with the ashes. We met the Bohol police in Cebu and all they could tell us was the case was ongoing.

We are having a service next weekend and are expecting 200+ guests. Charlie was a very friendly lovable man. We will then scatter the ashes at sea in a spot he used to scuba dive.

I hope and pray that Charlie and Martins murderers will be caught.

Chona. I did all i could in Cebu. The Philipino people we met were very proud people and very friendly. I will be back soon if this case does not move forward. It sounds like you have problems of your own chona.

What time was the exact departure and the port from where the departure was from?

What was the name of the policeman who informed her and how did he know it was Martin with out him having any ID as it is stolen or missing and if she was told at 8AM what had happened in Maasin how did this policeman have a phone number to the wife and know it was her who he was marreid too all in an hour's time from when the body was discovered?

You really shud answer the questions that you can the best you can.
You see the things is there are lots and lots of people reading this who like myself are niether friends or know Martin or his wife. But this is a very interesting read and people are starting to make up ther mind about the wife is she guilty or not ? I would say up to now if there was to be a vote she would be guilty and thats mainly cos we dont hear enough from her side of the story, no one has really said anything that helps her. It really is best you answer if you want to help clear her name. Saying nothing just makes people think she has no answers or her answers would prove her guilt.

Last week an arrest of five persons who are related to the spider task force were arrested on an incident involving the murder of a fatal gun shooting on a Filipine person who was already holding his hands up into the air before he was shot at accidentaly as said by the city police task force members involved.

Before this fatality had happened this place of Mansasa is the breeding ground of gangs and now we can see why crime is rampant in mansasa and easy to do there.

The Tanod is busy being The Lord of the illegal swertez!
