When it comes to the cell phone Inspector Palacio told me that they do not have it at the police station because Martins wife was insistant in getting it, so he said he gave it to her as she is his wife and she was no longer considered a suspet as she told the inspector that she is on good terms with her inlaws.
Maybe after she remove the sim card she could of had easily given it back over to the police. The messages to Martin were very graphic and terribly horrific as well.
So if the police do have that fone and the original sim card of Martins I could show them the messages that he held onto which many of them were alleged death threats.
But that fone and sim card as I said was not in the hands of Silvan Palacio of the inspectors on the case.
I have kept them on my phone as well as Martins thoughts that he had text to me. He always told me along with his other foreigner freinds that his murder was getting nearer and he was living in complete fear.
He talked about wanting to meet with the governor of Bohol, and said that things that were happening to him.
He mentioned in one of his text as this "Tourist police. girls my staff. I hate this place." the number he sent it to me on is +639296985975 which is the number he would always keep me updated on. I have many messages that he had sent to me or had forwarded it and others as well I kept them as I miss him and his kindness and the way that he wanted tohelp peope in the Philippines.
It's all I have to remember my freind by is his fear he had in the final days before he was brutally killed.
Now I had read a thread in here that said Martin did not want to go to England because he was happeir with his bar girls? I think that text begs to differ it looks like he was sick of the crap happening to him as in enough was enough!

Now let me analyze this his wife used the baby as punishment against him because she did not ever want him to see her. Now that was what he had told his attorney. You people say she loves her husband but she is not actting in any wifely manner as I can see here?
Sure she is marreid by paper and according to Martin also a legal Pre-nuptial agreement had been done between them and from what Martin said his wife was not happy about said such pre-nupts.
It must be a good feeling to be hateful and end up with very nice paid for accomodations made and paid for by a man who once really did love her but in the past few months I had spent plenty of time trying to calm down my freind from all the wives loving maliciousness and and then she has the FRICKEN AUDACITY to say that she loves him?...Please give it a break!

She was never around to help him find his perpatrators when he was having all the previous homicide. attempts on him.
I do not know what his wife beleifs are about really loving someone and showing him in the right way and not the ways that are shown down below.
One Junrey Palinosa above accused personhad the intent to kill, with evident premeditation, treachery and superior strength, without affording the latter an oppurtunity to defend himself, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously shoot a certain MARTIN ANDREW WILLIAMS with the use of a firearm, thus the accused had commenced the commission of the crime of Murder directly overt acts, but he could not carry put his criminal puropse of killing the victim by reason of cause other than his own spontaneous desistance, to wit: poor aim by the accused in hitting the victim and when an employee of the victim shouted to the victim to get inside the bar; to the damage and prejudiced of the victimin the amount to be proved during trial.
Acts committed contrary to the provisions of Article 248 in relation to Article 6 and 50 of the Revised Penal Code as amended.

Junrey was given the oppurtunity to submit controverting evidence, but he did not do so.
The court decided that there was reasonable ground to beleive that the crime of ATTEMPTED MURDER has been committed and that the above named is probably guilty thereof.
If you recall the last affidavit it was said that Ludy Vanessa Gallow identifeid the shooter as Junrey and he told her that he was hired allegedly the mastermind of said shooting but had later changed her stories with the Panglao police.
She turned around instead of being a witness in the shooting to accussing Martin of alleged rape?
The charges were dismissed as they were considered fabricated storeis from the complaintives.
I am only printing what I have and what is available to the public as open recorde to the public.
So I think it is absolutley appropriate to question the circumstances as either circumstancail, non aggravated, or accidental?
I could not help but memersize some of them as Martin would show and forward to us his freinds and family.
Yeah I see those as loviung words intended for your loved one...ahem!
Now as far as the other items listed I do not know about.
