BPO industry supports four-day working week IBPAP

The IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) said it supports the implementation of the four-day work week scheme although the final decision will still be with the employers because the scheme is not mandatory. IBPAP president and CEO Rey Untal said the association supports the scheme and added that because it is not mandatory, the scheme gives both employers and employees the opportunity to work out what is best for the business. Industry insiders also said that the four-day work week scheme will provide BPO workers more time to regain what their bodies lose from working night shifts. Generally, BPO employees surveyed by ABS-CBN had mixed reactions on the scheme. One said working beyond eight hours is no longer good for the human body while another one stressed the three-day off will allow BPO workers enough sleep and rest.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
