Here's the complete story written by Kit Bagaipo of the Bohol ChronicleA 17-year old boy working as caretaker of a light fishing boat at the Causeway fish port, this city turned over a wallet that fell on the road containing cash amounting to about P20,000 in US dollars, euros and pesos.
The boy, John Paul Bernales, a native of barangay Bayong, Guindulman town, reported the wallet he found at the fish port to one Ignacio Narisma and Jongjong Loquellano who also turned it over to dyRD's "Tagbilaran-by-Nite" program.
The wallet's owner, one Medardo Soler, a resident of barangay Tinago, Dauis, when informed by the City PNP that his wallet has been found, told dyRD's lost and found section that the wallet, which he claimed Thursday, fell while he was riding a tricycle on his way home.
Soler said nothing was missing from his wallet which contained US $281, 25 euros and P2,770. -- July 15, 2007
