American man killed in Tagbilaran today?

I was on the phone today with my god daughter in Tagbilaran, she told me they had shoot a american man there today. Can anyone tell us if there are any news about that at radio or internet news? We have our american relatives there this week in Tagbilaran..

Naa to syay rape case sa panglao nitakas sya didto kay patyonun siguro so nagcheck-in sa mangrove ktv lodge diri sa mansasa. pero wala jud sya katakas kay gisundan siguro so mao nato nahitabo niya.

wala gipusil daghang samad iyang lawas so dungab to. basta mao pa ni so far akong nahibal-an. wala naman mi nihunong ganina paglabay sa may NFA kay daghan tao nagtapok.

I am going to set the record straight as Martens freind (Victim).

Marten came to me in early janurary........British bloke murdered in
