Mayweather is known for his cherry picking on opponents, and I think he sees something on Miguel Cotto that he could exploit. The strategy for him would be to pick his spots, try to land some shots and back off. He wouldn't dare trade shots with Miguel, and risk himself flat on his back. This fight goes to Mayweather, but another one of those boring fights. I hope Miguel will constantly apply the pressure, beat Mayweather to the punch with his jab, hooks to the body and short, crisp punches on the inside will surely rattle Floyd's defense.
