Manny Pacquiao is Like Henry Armstrong?
« on: October 25, 2010, 10:44:56 AM »
Russ Anber, one of Canada’s high prolific boxing analyst, trainer, and premier cutman, once likened Manny Pacquiao to Henry “Homicide Hank” Armstrong. Armstrong is regarded as one of the top three greatest boxers of all time, along with Muhammad Ali and Sugar Ray Robinson, no doubt an elite company.

Anber mentioned that Pacquiao is this generation’s version to the man known as Homicide Hank, owner of 149 victories, 101 of which are knockouts, against 21 losses and 10 draws. While it is impossible for Pacquiao to emulate the number of bouts Armstrong did, both men have racked up the scales and dominating over the best in each division they step into. - filipinoboxingjournal.com
