I take Boxing as a form of Exercise and Weight Loss

2-3 times a week, I go to the Abellana Sports Center. It is really a work out. I don't intend to get hit on the head and really box that way. But hitting an object releases stress.. the workout my trainer gives me makes me sweat a lot. I mean a lot.  And so I have to drink something that replaces my electrolytes.  I rely on Reliv Innergize for that. I highly recommend this drink. It is better than gatorade. Reliv does not use sugar .. it is fructose.. from fruits..

;DMaajo ni imong gibuhat. a lot of folks out there dont know that boxing is a great form of exercise, not just for the sake of getting into the ring for the purpose of having to beat somebody out of his wits. and the good thing is you learn yourself some self defense.
