June 2, 2016: The City Tourism Council has convened recently to discuss the strategic initiatives which the City Government has done and will be doing this year to improve the tourism industry here.city tourism 111
City Tourism Officer Shobel Ligalig outlined the accomplishments of the City Government in the area of tourism. One of which is the approval of the P1 million fund from the DILG for the Glass Bottom Boat for the Mabaw Reef Sanctuary.
The Mesias Cave in barangay Cabawan was also included in the list to be developed for this year.
