Police nab two Tubigon fishers

TUBIGON, Bohol - A joint police-fish warden seaborn patrol arrested two islanders for fishing with the use of high explosive in the seawaters of Katangtangan island of this town late Monday morning.
Police identified the suspects as Vicente Mingueto, Jr., 28, and one Severino Rallos, 60, both of Pangapasan islet of this town.
The apprehending team led by P02 Vincent Mascarinas confiscated a bottle of dynamite and other fishing paraphernalia from the two paddle-boat-riding suspects. The were brought to the police station for investigation. The seized items which included some kilos of assorted fish were also deposited at the police station.
