LTO, traffic cops admit error, deny making money
January 21, 2001 - Bohol Chronicle

Land Transportation Office and Bohol Provincial Traffic Management Office heads admitted on Friday certain administrative and operational lapses, but denied the racket charges.
LTO-Jagna registrar Leonardo Olaivar, however, said he has not authorized any of his men to operate in localities outside their geographical areas of responsibility.
Olaivar, a former seminarian, apologized before the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for whatever inconvenience his office or men have caused to the public.
Senior Insp.Rodolfo Burgos, BPTMO chief, explained his traffic cops have been engaged in operations with Olaivar’s agents simply because the temporary operators’ permit they issued were provided by LTO-Jagna.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
