Bohol Vice Governor Edgar M. Chatto who was the invited guest speaker and induction officer of the newly elected Board of Directors of the Bohol Alliance of Student Councils (BASC) batted for the importance of leadership and participation among youth individuals not only for their early personally enhancement and training as well as to the advancement of their respective schools and communities they are serving.
