i agree! decisions made out of anger aren't good.

IF PEOPLE CAN ONLY POSTPONE THEIR ANGER, WE WOULD HAVE A BETTER WORLD, A BETTER HOME, BETTER RELATIONSHIPS.

sometimes better to take a short break from each other, and try and approach the problem with cooler minds later on .

If I am angry, I better not to talk to anybody . I just want to go to mall and see a movie and then after go to pizza hut.

I was very angry this morning while blowing the dead leaves...
and the wind starts blowing into a different direction...
And my shoulders start hurting me, so i was as mad as hell of the stupid wind...
I know i was very stupid but i  couldn't help it...
so i decided to leave the leaves again, in the middle of our yard...
trying hard to calm down, open the TB and it helped me lot...
then i made so fried rice and over easy eggs and a little bit ginamos...
when i start eating i ignored the news paper  on the table, so i continue eating to ease my anger...
i tried to investigate the news paper and there underneath it was a small package...
i found out that the package was from Ginger!
Oh it just made me jump from my chair...

im so happy not to burst out my anger to my banana, which I almost had...
but he left when he saw me frowning like a devil..
i would have been so guilty now...

When I get angry, I drive off to blow off steam...

then I go eat at a resto by myself, go to Barnes & Noble and treat myself to a book and a caramel frapuccino...

and then I calm down...

How can one be angry when life has so much beauty to offer?

When I am angry, I go to the gym and lift weights and scream at the top of my lungs when doing benches. Usually tho, I've gone to the boxing lessons---and it feels so GOOD to hit someone.

Well.....When I am angry, stay in my room lock the door and cry.........hangtud nga makatulog.....then inig mata maligo....maglaruy laroy sa mall...

I was also angry when I logged in tonight but Graz was there to cheer me up.

When I am angry, nah I better not see sa truck of peanuts otherwise I will gobble all!  Joking aside (da tong tinuod oi!), it is really nice to scream and cry and stomp when I am angry.  I had a feeling that if I threw glasses, it would be a big relief but I don't want to regret so I would never dare do that!  I seldom get angry as in angry pero kon masuko ko, mang hagit ko'g sinumbagay hahahaha Ka wa class oi! hehehee
