Fall  came  early  for  me....my tree in  my  front  yard  is  already  shedding it's  leaves...I  just  finished  raking leaves kay  ugma   among  garbage  pick-up day....little  exercise    helps. ;D

Just came back from anatomy lab. All my students are tense. They are scared and barraged me with questions on how our practical exams will be like. Study, study, study. There is no replacement for hardcore studying.

So right now im in the library; enjoying a nectar and green tea.

I reek of formaldehyde tho. lol!

Gikan  diay  mi  sa  akong  anak  nagshopping  for  shoes..apil  pod  ko  ug palit. Unja  groceries then  off  to  CURVES for  my  daily  workout. Karon,  nanihapon  na ko...ang akong  giluto???...tinunuan  nga  kalabasa ug  bamboo  shoots  gisubakan  ug  bulad....lamian kaajo!!

Nakatawa lang ko kai ahong estudyante hapit na lipung when gi open ang cadever specimens karon. Di ko gusto ma rot among specimens so i had my kids inject the cadavers w/ concentrated formalyn. Some students didnt do it right so i had to do it myself, hahaha!

Pero it was a fun day tho. They come to my lab again on Friday 3pm-5pm.

So no formalyn smell for me until Friday. :P

2nd year Medicine. But am the Human Anatomy Lab T.A (teacher's assistant).
Ahong syllabus is to teach them upper anatomy and thoracic anatomy. I teach group A (18 students in my group). 2 other TAs teach group B,C.

Ning volunteer rapood mi mo teach sa lab kai in love man mi sa surgery. hehehe.
Gi ask man mi by our profs if we were willing to TA this year.
Okay na lang, bisan average ra ko. hehehe

pero Anatomy is one of my fav. med subjects.

early in the morning nag  work out ko  (fat blasting cardio ) para mahilis ako bil-bil kay 28 inch na baja aho waistline magkugi gud ko para mobalik pagka 24 inch aho waistline hehehe gadahom pud

then i went to Pier 1 Import store kay i thot nag sale sila wa man di ay pero diha pud koy na bit-bit pag-uli lol

Got several company tonight. Nanghagit ug dula ni banana ug billiard (for the first time nga naka estambay mi sa Billiard hall sa among silong since we left home for Vegas in April.)

Lagut ko kay espoting ko dajun si banana murag homeless ang sinina. grrr. hahahah! di nalang ko mag lagut oi kay basi mao to ija goodluck charm.

Kami mga juwawa sad nag tan aw ug tennis match ug American got talent.

Winter comes adto na sad mi mag estambayan pohon...
