things I did today;

1. Studied and reviewed over PDI material; took people's BP's and HR to practice my clinical skills. hehehe.
2. Finished reviewing Systemic Pathology---i touched down on dermatopathology and pigmentation disorders, and began vessel pathology review: arteriosclerosis, artherosclerosis, monckeberg's calcification hyperplasia. Fun stuff.... he he he
3. Took a break and talked to Job and Korosh outside of the lounge.
4. Went church visiting. Eucharistic Adoration today. hehehe.
Guapo kaayo atong Ginoo! he he. nothin can compare jud to HIS GRACES....
5. Went out for dinner.
6. Came back to da library to do more reviews.
7. Right now...taking a break hehehe.

me and my wife went to the mall with the kids since there is no work here. just to buy some stuffs for the house including a remote control for the DVD that was broken because my kids played with it when they are watching their fave cartoon movies. bought some toys for the kids as well.

Reviewed Systemic pathology, and started my research on my presentation on Cardiothoracic Surgical Procedures on Pilot Studies for my presentation in the Journal of Medicine, to be held on the 17th of September.

Had dinner, went biking, and all that fun stuff.

Earlier today, went to the OR to shadow some Cardiothoracic surgeons and thoracic surgeons. Observed the removal of 3 thoracic lymph nodes. I admired the surgeons' tactic.

Y incision, and removed the affected lympho nodes, application of beta and alpha interferon and heavy antibiotics, mostly 4th generation Cephs. After he was finished, then sutured the wound.

Quick, clean, astute!

The mastery of the Surgeon's knife.

I love it!
