I've started to go back to the gym this past month in doing cardio as well as strength training.
So I will document the progress. I've been going to the gym with fellow med students and I cannot stress enough the importance of work out during medical school. An hour a day releases so much anxiety and is a vasodilator, and bronchodilator. Helps in focusing the mind and studies.
