I went to a delicious sushi bar today. My friend and I ordered:

For appetizer: 1) seaweed salad; 2) sweet calamari

For main dish: 4 orders of blue fin tuna nigiri, 4 orders of onagi nigiri, 1 order of california roll, 1 order of soft shell crab roll, 1 order of spicy octopus roll.

For drinks: undistilled japanese saki, japanese chrysanthemum tea.

It was exquisite. All those for just $121.00. Not bad. hehehehe!

Afterwards, we went to a very nice dessert place in downtown Chicago called "George's". I ordered 1 scoop of taro ice cream, she ordered 2 scoops of pistachio ice cream.

i lessen na gyud nako ang sweets... pareha ta no sugar in coffee unless it's 3 in 1 hehehehe pero kaning candy nga menthol, addict ko ani.. dili pwedeng way kendi ning akong baba..

If your glucose level is over 110, sensitibo na na for pre-diabetes, Jenneth. If you are tested and your glucose levels are above 100, i would endorse you to take Metformin as prophylaxis. Do see your GP and don't evade this issue of diabetes kai it is better to prevent this before it becomes diabetes.

There are many nefarious issues regarding the cardiovascular, renal, and circulatory systems when it comes to diabetes. So, please do not back log this.

Your father's physician is correct. There is a genetic link for Diabetes Mellitus Type II.

3. Congestive Heart Failure
4. Hypertension

Sus ako kay diabetic for 15 years and insulin dependent for almost 10 years. Last year nawa akong diabetis when I started losing weight
and started eating in small portion. I stopped taking insulin. Unya 2 months ago my endocronologist declared me non-diabetic. Kaso 15 years of uncontrolled blood sugar messed up my kidney also. Likay jud kay di lalim ning sakita when it pours it pours

Today I had breakfast at an austrian cafe called Julius Meinl. Delicious! The apfelstrudel was just pleasant.

I found out about the place from a friend of mine and will definitely go there again.
