Once you're a registered member (and it's FREE FOREVER) and you're logged in, you can use Tubag Bohol as an e-mail system in which you can send personal messages to other members, and these messages do not appear in public, only viewable by the recipients.
All you have to do is click one of the icons (Send Personal Message to...), or click the name of the member, and look for the button where you can use for sending personal e-mail.
The recipient will receive the message here through his or her personal inbox in Tubag Bohol under the Profile Section.
