Do you agree that we boholanos are really having an ija-ija aho aho attitude?
I really don't want to hear people saying: mura man ka ug taga bohol, ija-ija aho-aho.
It's because i know that boholanos are helpful, sharing and kind.
I agree with this statement.
I don't like generalizing peoples and categorizing them.
We are all different, and unique in our own way. And one thing I know about Boholanos, from the fact that I am one, is that we are a helpful bunch of people.
Boholanos are also extremely religious. The Catholic Faith emanates from us, and proud celebrants of our colorful Fiestas!
Even here in America, during January time, we celebrated the Fiesta of Valencia and celebrated the Blessed Santo Nino.
Valencianons from New Jersey-New York area met up at our place to celebrate the Blessed Santo Nino and have our own family fiesta.
This is why I love being a Valencianon. And a Boholano.
The Holy And Blessed Santo Nino, the Child Jesus Christ.
