Morning: Today i woke up and went for an hour cycle (about 9 miles) at the bike trail. Light rain.
Breakfast: 1 glass of water, 1 plum, and 5 pieces of wheat crackers.
Going to work and will get coffee in a bit.

Hey Voda, nice to see you here. How is the slenda exercise manual like?

I just woke up and had 4 slices of watermelon, and had a short cycle run. 30 minutes.
I should get back later tonight for a late cycle by the trail.

Note; its best to have snacks in between than have large meals, okay if you snack here and there. What ive been doing as of late is snacking mostly on fruits and drink alot of water.

Keep it up!

Yes, yes, my dear. Don't ever try to starve yourself by not eating because we often will binge afterwards, and when we starve ourselves, we limit our metabolism and when we do binge, the body is unable to metabolize the food quickly enough...and thus, is stored as fat.

Its good to eat multiple times a day, but eat small bites. This way, by doing this we keep the metabolism in order.

Hey good luck Anna! Btw, you look great!

Lets keep it up! Gotta push each other in this diet.

Today, i had fruits to satiate my hunger, 2 glasses of water, and an energy drink prior to my cycling.
Ive snacked multiple times to make sure my metabolism doesn't slow down. It was a such a great day today, there is nothing like cycling when the sun is shining down on you. The feel of the leaves and twigs crushed under my bike as i sped 20 mph...exhilarating.

Today i conquered 10 miles in an hour. Not bad.

a view of the trail~
