Glen, to give you an idea, kung 20 ang mag bahin sa 40,000 sqm. each would have 2,000 sqm @ P30 = P60,000 plus processing for subdivision. If gusto nimo double 4,000 sqm, then P120,000 plus processing. Note nga ang fee sa pag subdivide, dili ga depende sa kadak-on sa area, kon di sa number of sides sa lot. Ang uban nga surveying company, mo charge sila per position of transit (instrument) kay pananglitan naay kasopan or naay tubig nga maagian, ila man na i-bakay ang transit kay basin ma basa. So mo charge sila kada bakay (mura ba sa jolinay nga kung dili sight mo bakay). So, depende pod ni sa Surveying company kung mo consider, labi na nga daghan ta.
