we arrived safely last night at 11 PM from our more than a month vacation in the phils.

i wasnt able to visit TB every now and then as i promised because my dear baby matt got cough, colds, and fever so often. the three of us were sick actually but it was baby matt whom my husband and i got worried much.

i also had to worry my husband because everytime an insect bit him, the bitten part would swell.

we spent some weeks in cagayan de oro, but everytime we were in bohol, we always loved to dine at bohol bee farm at icm. the food is world-class.

generally, it was a nice vacation.

I'm sorry to hear about your baby and husband, Lumine. I'm a new member who's here to find more out about Bohol and where I should stay when visiting. I'm not from Bohol - I'm interested in a long term stay there.

Did you try and get Internet access while on Bohol? Did any of it work well?

That seems to be the biggest problem I have for the trip I want to take early next year, so I'd love to hear any fresh information you might have from your vacation.

I am not sure whether we had meet here in TB already.
Welcome back home! TB members miss you a lot. Able to see your photo with El Mundo and your Family during your Bohol vacation. How is Tagbilaran, by the way? I will be there a week before Christmas with my husband- in about 8 week, will stay one week in Manila first. I guess, everything is getting very expensive now, Nov. 2005 was our last visit and it was quite costly compared when we were there last July 2004 for a period of four weeks. I really noticed how prices almost to be doubled then. Last vacation, my sister invited us for a farewell dinner there in Bohol Bee Farm in Dauis, the food was good but they have a very high price too.

ur one person i would have wanted to meet but the time didnt allow because i wasnt only a yaya to my son but a nurse as well to my husband. nisamot kabusy noon ako career didto kay dili moanad ako anak.
baby matt doesnt have fever now.thank God! but he still has running nose, while my husband is sick at the moment.

hello bambi! i guess we met already here before i left for a vacation, but at that time u were still a neophyte, which means u were not as talkative as u are now,hehe!

regarding the prices, i would say, bohol still has the more affordable things to buy than in cagayan and cebu.

we will be back for good next month. hope to meet u then.

I already got approval from the admin to be a part of TB. So how's Baby Matt now? Herman emailed me with a clip of you and Baby Matt. What a cute baby! Our family back home really misses you guys but most of all, they are missing Baby Matt so badly! Oh by the way, I saw video of your party back home where Dad and Herman were dancing! Quite cool! You seem to have a great time in your vacation! Pictures, please!

Anyhow, I welcomed myself somewhere in this site. I got to read a few tsismis too about two members having conflict but there's a lot to catch up in here! In the meantime, I will just keep myself "current" and not worry about previous messages. Hey, thanks for inviting me to to this group!

I used to buy fresh fishes there in Manga in the late afternoon. You came from Manga, Day?

danke for your reply. wie gehts? ich bin gut myself! it's interesting to know that you are based in Germany. I have had few German friends. I used to work with Germans while I was still working in the bank in Cagayan de Oro and had projects in South Cebu.

I am sorry about your sickly Mom. My Mom has been sickly too though she's only 63. She had a very critical kidney surgery last year and I am forever thankful to the Lord for sparing my Mom's life. Anyhow, it's good that you got to visit Bohol often than before. I am sure your Mom and your whole family in Bohol appreciate that you visit every year.

Yes, taga Manga mi kay akong mother taga Manga man dayon my father's family is from Taloto. Lagi bah, Manga is really known for it's fresh seafood! I really miss suwaki and kana bitaw ginamos na talaba. Daghan pod sa mercado sa Manga mga kakanin like binoylos, bibingka, balanghoy na puto, etc! I miss that binoylos with mongo filling! yumyum!
