REALITY CHECK: Sa kinabuhi,
1. If you’re not invited, it means your presence is not needed. You are not important. (AYAW PAMUGOS KAY DI KA HAMIS…)
2. In life, everything is just temporary. Both happiness & sadness never last forever. ( AYAW PALABIG EMOTE, KAY OA RA!)
3. A cycle is always changing. Sometimes you’re favored, sometimes you’re despised. (AYAW PAGTUO NGA DI KA GABAAN PUHON!)
4. Favoritism is natural. Even Jesus has his favorite disciples: Peter, John & James. (AYAW KAHIBONG NGANUNG NAAY MODAOG BISAG WAY ANGAY!)
5. Priority is not always important. Sometimes, what is important is not given priority. (AYAW PAGDAHUM NGA IKAW RAY ANAK NI LORD, NYA KAMI IG AGAW RA!)
6. Being equal is not always fair. It could sometimes lead to jealousy. (AYAW HUNA-HUNAA NGA PATAS TA SA TANANG PANAHON, USAHAY LABAW KO NIMOG HALF-SHOT!)
7. Position does not always come with competence. Sometimes, the stars were just aligned for it. (AYAW PAGDAHUM NGA NALIPAY MI ANA, SA TINUOD LANG NAGUOL MI NGANONG NAA KA DIHA!)
8. Nobody is a monopoly of knowledge. Even the most intelligent man on earth doesn’t know so many things. (AYAW PAG FINEELING NGA MAAYO KA! DILI RA BA GYUD NA TINUOD, PANGUTAN-A PAS MADAM AURING!)
9. Appreciations and criticisms both have the same weight but the former is always preferred. (AYAW UG TUO DAYON KAY ANG KASAGARANG PAGDAYEG, ULOG-ULOG RANA. FEELING SAD KA DAH!)
10. One’s title is not earned overnight but it can be changed any minute to RIP. (AYAW PAG MINAOT KAY DUGTA RATANG TANAN!)
