Ate, what is the name of that stuff inside the bottle? I know what it is--salted clams/oysters--but the Bisayan name for it alludes me.

I know that dad loves that stuff. Last time my auntie beth went back to the philippines, she brought some back for dad. Dad always mixes that stuff with vinegar and diced onions.
