Wala diay sha shutter speed Kiams. kabalo ka mogamit anang iyang ISO? lana gani ngitngit imo patas-an ang ISO kun hayag laayo imong ibutang sa 100 like outdoor? it makes a diffrerence baja.  Basi maka help sad na sha sa exposure gamay... suwayi daw.

I could say that shot can be achieve. But i doubt kung ma achieve ba with a P&S bisag tingali ka pareho ka kamaayo ni Ken Duncan. You might consider doing post processing to achieve that effect.
