Is It Normal To Avoid Family And Friends After Losing A Loved One?

Avoiding family and friends after the death of a loved one can seem strange. Isn't time of grief a period when you need your family and friends close? This misconception has caused many people to worry that they are doing something wrong. They experience a need to be alone and they are not always sure how to handle this.
