The time is 4:06 am. I'm up. I went to bed (exhausted kaayo from last night's duties) at 11 pm and napped for 5 hours. It's weird how my body is so used to only getting only 5 hours of sleep now. Ingrained. I'm sitting up and reclaiming my thoughts prior to getting scrubbed up again for another day's work.

I guess i'm a bit nervous because i'm giving 3 presentations today: one at 10 am, 1:00 pm and another one at 3:00 pm. Doing rounds in between.

I can't ever get a night's sleep prior to presentations.

May the Good Lord bless my feet, my mouth, and my mind today. I pray for clarity and a clear mind. May the Good Lord bless all our fruitful endeavors, brothers and sisters in Christ. May God Bless all of you...

nganong nag-riot man tawon ang tanang iro diri uy. at 11:30pm on my watch, it's scaring the daylights or nightlights out of me.

i suspect a dog is being slaughtered somewhere nearby because the initial sound was of a dog in terrible fear. when that happens, all the dogs in the vicinity smell the fear and react accordingly.

it must be that policeman again... yes, a policeman is rumored here as the slaughterer of dogs. i've been asking... it's not easy to even imagine a law enforcer being asked not to do it because it's against the law. it would be banging my head against the wall. it's a bad, bad place. how terrible it is to feel helpless.

Yes it was fun.. bisan pa ug bundak ang ulan, nangabot gihapon sila bisan unsa pa kalayo sa ilang school / district... at first, seryoso pa sila sa orientation then pag abot na ug updating sa mga reports, iyahay na sila ug kantyaway kinsay ulahi tapos ang ilang discussion or debate, sagulan nila ug joke bisan lagi lunch break di ko kakaon ug tarong kay magsige na lang ko ug katawa.. busy kaayo akong work week pero lingaw.. sulit gyud..

Today, I faked a smile.. pretending to be okay but deep inside I am crying.. I've been crying since last night.. I thought I loss my father.. He was having difficulty breathing, dizzy and his bp went to 170/90.. I tried to look strong in front of my mom but honestly, I was so worried.. So we rushed him to the hospital , thankfully, the doctor said he's now stable and gave him medications.. When I went home, I went directly to my room and began to cry.. mao resulta, nagshades samtang nagwork kay hubag kaayo akong mata...

Today I pondered on the importance of maintaining equilibrium of work, studies, and reviews. One of my staff members said to me as I wrote an action plan, "Sir, what do you do after work?"

I looked at her and smiled, "Ah, that's the $64 question."

I'm thinking of traveling to Europe this summer. I'm thinking of three countries to visit: France, Netherlands, Germany.

go, go, go! you owe it to yourself after all the hard work. take a tour bus, the better to see the countryside. naturally, there's always the landmark eiffel tower of paris (ugly), but don't miss madeleine church (some corners on the outside smell of urine, but that was long ago...) and the hunchback of notre dame, hehe. see to it that you take along fr chic to moulin rouge at the boulevard de clichy, after a visit to rue du bac. do pass by hamburg in germany. it's one of the most beautiful cities in europe. the windmills of your mind in the netherlands cannot be missed. amsterdam cheese is the best for me. (bland swiss cheese is a disappointment.) boy, do i wish to go back to those places, lorenz. kuyog pod ko ninyo ni fr chic bi... dream ba lang.

he he, i have been thinking of all things related to france. now, this will probably be my first time to visit france, germany. i have been to the netherlands back in 2006, but would love to explore holland more this time around.

Uban pod. We need the Queen of Memeng to protect us and ensure we have all 9 lives to use on a trip such as this. A good time for you to revisit places you once trod and explored. I'm interested in Paris; my trip in 2010 dispelled my 1992 trip impression that it wasn't worth a second look. Now I wanted to see it a 3rd time and smell its uniqueness much like I love smelling Bohol, even with men taking an about face just anywhere to relieve themselves of bladder unpleasantries LoL
