sometimes we are hated for being out of tune... though there was no intention to inflict such... but i would rather be hated for being loved pretentiously...
We should not be blamed for being true to ourselves. But sometimes, if being true to ourselves, means nga naka perwisyo ta sa laing mga tawo, in a way dili pud nato ma blame ang ubang tawo kung dili ta magustuhan.
This is a true story that happened in Mla a few years back. Pasahero sa jeep, gidunggab ug ice pick, namatay. When the police asked the suspect why he killed the victim, this is what he had to say, "Kasi po, katabi ko sya sa jeep, grabe ang trapik, isang oras na kami stranded sa daan. Tiniis ko po talaga pero ang baho2x po talaga ng kili-kili nya! Dikit pa sya ng dikit sa akin! Nung nahilo na ako sa amoy nya at di na ako makatiis, sinaksak ko sya ng ice pick!"...
Body Odor is not a valid reason for murder (I think)
...that guy was just being true to who he was. Maybe he was a person who disliked taking showers, maybe he was comfortable with his smell (or maybe he couldn't smell himself at all)..that certainly wasn't reason to kill him. But in this supposedly free world that we live in, there is still value in conformity.
When we share the same air space with other people, it is wise to be considerate, even if it means holding back a little bit and not fully unleashing the power of our individuality.
Kadtong kalag sa gidunggab, samtang nagtan-aw siya sa iyang patay nga lawas, naka ingon gyud to siya, "sus! kung gigamit pa lang gyud to nako ang SafeGuard!"
Dili gyud mag una ang pagbasol. Hehehe.
