As Thanksgiving comes around the corner, I am reflective on the blessings that have come to my life this year, with thanks and praise to God who gives without expecting anything in return. A Father who gives blessings, rewards, strength that cannot be overcome. I know that there are those of us who may experience challenging issues, potent if they may, that might affect not only the spirit but also the body.
However, we should remember that God gives blessings to those who bless, as well as forgives those who he who forgives. I remember this during his time of the year. In quiet contemplation for all the blessings, lessons accrued. And in knowing that the Christmas Season is coming soon afterward.
