it's just Tacloban is applying to be one.
Yet, there are alot of Taclobanons who disapproves of this.

Main reason I see is politica napud.

Bem, there are people who prefers to live in a less progressive place because when we talk of development man gud, most of the time it means also new and bigger buildings, etc. Dire sa Merika, there are groups of people whose job is to stop development, of cutting huge trees so a new, tall building can be built. The people would climb or hug trees para dili maputol. They are called, Tree Huggers.

i see it different. dba if HUC na ka nga city.. ang tanan income sa city rajud.. dili na mu share sa uban towns.
that is why some are disagreeing..
kay te. in leyte dako jud kaayu natabang ang Tacloban. and within this year mag open na ang robinsons. then daghan kayu business establishements soon mu open. naa pay call center. mao nang daghan ga harang..

and.. mayor and the governor are not the same party. lol so you do the thinking
