Very interesting topic. I'm just saddened that they are focusing on short termed 'quick fixes' on a long-term problem. Congress, instead of continuing our dependence on oil, should be investing billions if not trillions of the budget into renewable energy--say hydrogen fuel cells for automobiles. And the consideration of biodiesel.
