One of the greatest joys during Christmas is to be thought of by dear friends and relatives and even by strangers. This Christmas, a dear friend sent me a card with an envelope she herself made. I looked at it and I thought it was just a coincidence that the envelope personally made using recycled papers. My envelope represented one of my passions which is to entertain people with my own cooking and if possible, in my homey little home.
