You know that person you are mad at right now - the person who has tweaked your sanity?
What if that person was suddenly taken away? Would you be ok, or would you spend the rest of your life regretting you didn’t make amends?
If it is the latter, perhaps the anger you are holding needs to be replaced with love because some moments you just don’t get back.
And while it is true there are things better left unsaid (especially the ugly things) unspoken feelings create all kinds of problems (inside out).
And there is nothing heroic or powerful about being mad at someone.
Here today, gone tomorrow- such is life- but having a clear and loving heart is better than living in regret.
Seize your moment, don't let it slip away.
Go clean and clear, without guilt - "should haves" are gut killers.
And no matter what you decide - you may wonder if you should have done something different- but wonder is ok, normal and human however, beating yourself up is not.
